皇帝、琉球国を冊封する正使翰林院検討海寶・副使翰林院編修徐葆光を遣わして

海神に致祭して曰く、惟れ神は霊験を誕昭し陰かに昌図を翊け、使節を引いて遄征せしめ洪波を越えて利済し、殊邦への往復にて事を成し愆無く、克く国威を暢べり。実に惟れ神の佑けなり。聿に昭報を申べ重ねて苾芬を薦む。神其れ鍳歆し永く光烈有らんことを。謹んで告ぐ。

春秋祀典疏

琉球国に差し遣わされし翰林院検討臣海寶・編修臣徐葆光等、謹んで

奏して聞かしめ奉る事。臣等、康熙五十七年六月初一日に㫖を奉じて琉球国王を冊封し、十四日に熱河面にて

聖訓を請い都を出で閩に至り、五十八年五月二十日に舟に登り翌日怡山院に至り、

天妃に諭祭し、二十二日に五虎門より放洋し西南の順風にて八日行き、六月初一日に登岸し二十七日に

諭祭の礼を行い、七月二十六日に

冊封の礼を行い、諸宴礼を以て次第に挙行し、十二月二十六日に舟に登り汛を候ち

The Emperor dispatched the principal investiture envoy Hai Bao, Compiler of the Hanlin Academy, and deputy envoy Xu Baoguang, Editor of the Hanlin Academy, to perform investiture of the Ryukyu Kingdom, to offer sacrifice to

the Sea Deity, saying: The deity has manifestly displayed spiritual efficacy, secretly supporting the imperial enterprise, guiding the envoys in their swift expedition, crossing great waves with benefit, accomplishing the mission in traveling to and from this distant land without error, and successfully promoting the national prestige. This is truly due to the deity's protection. We now extend this clear report and again offer fragrant sacrifices. May the deity observe and accept this, maintaining eternal glory and merit. We respectfully announce this.

Memorial on Spring and Autumn Sacrificial Ceremonies

The Hanlin Academy Compiler, subject Hai Bao, and Editor, subject Xu Baoguang, and others, dispatched to the Ryukyu Kingdom, respectfully

submit this memorial to report: We subjects, on the first day of the sixth month of the fifty-seventh year of Kangxi, received the imperial edict to invest the King of Ryukyu. On the fourteenth day, at Rehe, we requested

Sacred Instructions, departed the capital and arrived in Fujian. On the twentieth day of the fifth month of the fifty-eighth year, we boarded the ship, and the next day arrived at Yishan Temple to

perform sacrificial rites to Tianfei. On the twenty-second day, we set sail from Wuhu Gate with favorable southwest winds for eight days. On the first day of the sixth month, we landed, and on the twenty-seventh day conducted the

sacrificial ceremony. On the twenty-sixth day of the seventh month, we performed the

investiture ceremony, holding various banquet ceremonies in sequence. On the twenty-sixth day of the twelfth month, we boarded the ship to await favorable sailing conditions.
