一、右の引替の件について、為替両替を行う者たちが金銀座に集まって差し出す引替を行うので、右の者たちの方へ申し付けて金銀引替を行うこと。
一、右の為替を行う者が大金銀の引替を行う場合、諸入用として金一両につき銀百文、銀百匁につき銀百文余りの積もりをもって、金銀高に応じて金銀の持ち主の方から支払う筈である。もしも右の高より多く請け取る場合、または理由なく引替をさせないで金銀座に差し出して引替を申し出る場合がある。
ただし、金銀百両、銀なら九十匁以上持参すること。取替を行う者たちの方で引替をさせて、員数は勝手次第とすべきことである。

1. Regarding the aforementioned exchange matters, since money changers and exchange dealers will gather at the gold and silver mints to conduct exchanges, orders shall be given to these individuals to carry out the gold and silver exchanges.
1. When the aforementioned exchange dealers handle large amounts of gold and silver for exchange, they shall charge fees for various expenses at the rate of 100 mon of silver per ryō of gold, and slightly over 100 mon of silver per 100 monme of silver, with payments to be made by the gold and silver owners according to the amount of gold and silver. If they charge more than the specified rate, or if they refuse exchanges without reason and send the metals to the gold and silver mints for exchange instead.
However, one must bring at least 100 ryō of gold or 90 monme or more of silver. The exchange dealers may conduct exchanges at their discretion regarding quantities.
