一、この度、国内の御領所の村々の巡見を派遣することについて、右の面々が通行する道筋の掃除並びに道路や橋の修築は一切行ってはならない。接待や送迎のための人を出すことも無用のこと。
一、右の面々について、御朱印に記載された人数を超える人馬が必要となった場合で、定められた諸賃銭がある所はその定めの通りとし、定めのない所は近隣の宿場との割合をもって諸賃銭を取り、人馬を出すこと。御朱印記載以外の賃金なしの人馬は一人一匹たりとも出してはならないこと。
一、巡見が通行する道筋においては、百姓は農業の様子を少しも遠慮なく営むよう申し付けること。

Memorandum
1. Regarding the dispatch of inspection officials to villages in the domain territories this time: cleaning of the routes through which the aforementioned officials will pass, as well as any road and bridge construction work, must not be carried out. Sending people for entertainment or escort is also unnecessary.
2. Concerning the aforementioned officials: when horses and personnel beyond the number recorded in the official seal document are needed, places with established rates for various fees shall follow those rates; places without established rates shall provide horses and personnel by collecting fees based on rates proportional to nearby post stations. Not even one person or horse without payment beyond what is recorded in the official seal document may be provided.
3. Along the routes where the inspection officials pass, peasants shall be instructed to carry out their agricultural work without any restraint whatsoever.
