不同之砌厳二付此度新規豆腐形
尓て可宛豆腐屋共え相渡候間此形

現代語訳
ついでに前の村で余分に取った際は仕度並びに宿泊とも承り、掛かりなく申し上げる義もあるべく候条、その通り心得仰せらるべく候。尤も、あれこれと重要でない義は兼ねてから無用と存じ候。
右の廻状は村付けの下し、名主中が印形を致し、早速次村に相送り渡すべく候。以上

豆腐の儀、先規より一形につき大豆三升三合に相定め置き候処、近年吟味これなく、豆腐とも替え前の定め候趣を取り失い候につき、豆腐屋家々にて大小不同に相聞こえ候。新大豆出来候節は年々大豆の相場に依り相願いにつき、先規よりの定め通り三升三合の品を以て吟味の上相定め候事に候。然る処、一形の造り込み人々の勝手次第不同の砌が厳しきにつき、この度新規豆腐形にて当て、豆腐屋共へ相渡し候間、この形を以て正断に商売致すべく候。
英語訳
Incidentally, when extra [donations] are collected from previous villages, we will accept arrangements for preparations and lodging, and there may be matters to report without burden, so please understand accordingly. Of course, various unimportant matters have long been deemed unnecessary.

Following the above, even from Nakakarui village, upon their request and consultation with the fundraising officials at the stopping places, the following was distributed:

1. 300 mon Mankō-ji Temple
1. 200 mon Renpuku-ji Temple
1. 200 mon Shrine household portion

Regarding tofu, it was previously established that 3 shō 3 gō of soybeans should be used per standard mold, but in recent years there has been no inspection, and the previous regulations for tofu have been lost, resulting in different sizes being heard of among tofu shops. When new soybeans are available, annual requests are made based on soybean market prices, so according to the previous regulations, it is decided after inspection using 3 shō 3 gō grade [soybeans]. However, since the discrepancies in molding according to individual convenience have become severe, new standardized tofu molds will be distributed to tofu shops this time, and they shall conduct business properly using these molds.
