奉願度段度々相歎候得共
多平治差留形呉不申候間
弥市江押而相頼漸々弥市
差添伊七罷出先中御月
番様迄罷出委細言上仕案

義ハ先年通御沙汰被下趣与
高橋要右衛門様弥市江御内々
御尋被下趣是ヲ永歎息仕候
表裏役人三人茂罷出被仰

置伊七江不申儀剰同役之
弥市江茂不申聞様子御座候

現代語訳
この度最初に町ご支配様へ
お願いしたい段、度々嘆願いたしましたが、
多平治が差し止めて許可してくれませんので、
弥市へ強く相談し、ようやく弥市が
付き添って伊七が出向き、先頃御月
番様のところまで参上して詳細を言上し、案
じておりました。
一、当十日枝下ろしを仰せ付けられ、働き切れた地所の
件は先年通りご沙汰くださる趣旨で
高橋要右衛門様が弥市へ内々に
お尋ねくださった趣旨、これを長く嘆息いたします。
表裏役人三人も出向いて仰せ
付けられた御事を、彼らが手元で隠し
置いて伊七へ申さない件、その上同役の
弥市へも申し聞かせない様子でございます。
右のような横道をする件でございましたら、
今後ご用向きその他仰せ付けられる
事柄等、どのような偽事を企んでも計り
知れないと存じます。そうでございましたら彼らから申す

This time, regarding our initial desire to petition
the town magistrate, though we pleaded many times,
Taheiji blocked it and would not give permission,
so I strongly consulted with Yaichi, and finally Yaichi
accompanied Ishichi when he went out, recently going
to the monthly duty official and reporting the details in full,
which had been our concern.
Item: Regarding the branch cutting ordered on the 10th, and the matter of the
cleared land being ruled upon as in previous years,
High橋 Yozaemon inquired privately of
Yaichi about this matter - I have long lamented this.
The three officials, both senior and junior, who came out and received
