儀処之御用向等致案堵不
得其意事ニ御座候へハ後向
御用弁之御差支ニ茂相成
可申儀共御座候半と歎敷奉

一地論之義拾三ヶ年来之義
且又一昨年之一論猶又此
度之義迚表向ハ彦右衛門ニ
御座候得共実多平治荷
檐仕諸処江日々彼等両人
駈廻り取繕候事ニ御座候
一彦右衛門義平生強情者ニ而倅
共多分御座候得共同様之者
共ニ而私■日々募悪口
雑言平生之不役儀奉而
筆紙ニ尽兼御落着之励
彦右衛門并倅共被召出悪
口雑言不行儀御法度筋
現代語訳
事、所の御用向等を案じて
その意を得ない事でございましたら、後々の
御用弁のご差支えにも相成る
申すべき事もございましょうかと嘆かわしく存じ
ます。
一、地論の件、十三ヶ年来の件
かつまた一昨年の一論、なおまたこの
度の件といって、表向きは彦右衛門に
ございますが、実は多平治が荷
担して諸所へ日々彼ら両人が
駆け回り取り繕っている事でございます。
一、彦右衛門は平生強情者で倅
ども多くございますが、同様の者
どもで、私【判読不明】日々募る悪口
雑言、平生の不役儀、
筆紙に尽くしかね、ご落着の励みに
彦右衛門並びに倅どもを召し出され、悪
口雑言不行儀をご法度筋

regarding matters of local official business, if we
cannot understand their meaning, it may also
become an impediment to future
official duties, which I find most lamentable.
Item: Regarding the land dispute, this matter of thirteen years' standing,
and also the dispute of the year before last, and again this
present matter - while on the surface it appears to be Hikouemon's doing,
in reality Taheiji is supporting
him, and these two men daily
rush about to various places making arrangements.
Item: Hikouemon is by nature a stubborn person, and his sons
are numerous, but they are all of the same character.
With my [illegible] daily increasing abusive language
and harsh words, and their usual misconduct,
this cannot be fully expressed in writing. To encourage a resolution,
please summon Hikouemon and his sons, and
prohibit their abusive language and improper conduct
