御上様へ被願候共何レに茂御存
念ニ可致呉尤貴殿之地処ニ茂

しかし様々な障害があると申して一向に
等閑にして置いております。何卒ご支配様の
ご慈悲をもって、右の地所を伊七方へ
戻るよう仰せ付けくださいますよう
お願い申し上げます。
一昨年三月、同所の地続きで伊七の
先年室（妻）に譲った地所へ彦右衛門が
栗の木を植えたので、兄のことでもあるので
弥治右衛門へ相談したところ、彦右衛門は
生来強情な者で、兄の申すことも
聞かない者なので、「あなた方で
お上様へお願いしてもどちらにしてもご存念の
通りにしてくれるでしょう。もっともあなたの地所にも
相違ないことは承知しておりますので、
お尋ねなどがあれば、ありのままのことを
申し上げるだけです」と兄弥治右衛門が相談したので、
やむを得ず表裏役人へお頼みし、
ご支配様方へご訴願してくれるよう
嘆願いたしましたが、地所のことですので
