それでよって検校や勾当の手代が聞き及んで、俺も俺もと買いに来るので、作る間に合わない。されども売り切れましたというのも不吉だと、無性に作り込んだので、中にはよく見えるものもあり、また見えないものもあったけれども、ずいぶん見える気で、甚だ流行った。座頭という座頭が世の中の明るいことを初めて知り、百両や二百両では買えられないと、滅相に買い込んだとか。
