ゑりて広く四方の人にも見せ歩（あゆみ）にくる
しまん老小の目をも歓（よろこば）しめんとす抑この
行粧の図来朝のたびことに刊行すといへ
とも皆利を射るのみの業にして正しく
其さまを見ん便となるへきものなし
いま上来（しようほう）【？】するはさる類（たくい）にあらす親（した）しく

聞まさしく見て写しいたす所にし

現代語訳

【右丁】
選んで広く四方の人にも見せ、歩むのに苦労する
老人や子供の目をも楽しませようとするものである。そもそもこの
行列の図は来朝のたびごとに刊行されるというが、
皆利益を得ることのみを目的とした仕事であって、正しく
その様子を見る便りとなるべきものはない。
今上梓するものはそのような類ではなく、親しく

聞き、確かに見て写し取った所のものであるから、
目の前で見たのとほとんど違うことは
あるはずがない。くれぐれも賢明にお読みください。
