現代語訳
掃部頭と老中が列座し、備後守がこれを受け渡した。
ただし年寄衆溜の御張付の方、御床の
方の下に列座し、御品々を上座同番の
左右に差し置き、讃岐守が出座して少し手を
添えて受け取った。その後、竹之御廊下の上の
方において、真の御太刀二振り、御目録横三通、
竪二通を役々が取り出し、内見があった。一旦
役所々へ引き、御目録は表御右筆
組頭三方に載せて持参し、蘇鉄之間
において留守居へ渡す。箱は御右筆所において
此方へ相渡しした。真の御太刀は
御腰物方役所へ留守居役が渡し、
書付を差し出した。

Kambu-no-kami and the senior councilors (rōjū) sat in formation, and Bingo-no-kami handed over the items.
However, they sat in formation below the go-harituke area and go-toko area of the karō-shū tamari, placing the various items to the left and right of the upper seat attendants, and Sanuki-no-kami came forward and received them with a slight gesture of his hands. Afterward, in the upper part of the Take-no-go-rōka, the officials brought out two genuine tachi swords and three horizontal and two vertical catalogs, and there was an inspection. Once withdrawn to the various offices, the catalogs were placed on three trays by the omote-go-yuhitsu kumigashira and brought to the Sotetsu-no-ma, where they were handed over to the rusui. The boxes were handed over to our side at the go-yuhitsu-sho. The genuine tachi swords were handed over by the rusui-yaku to the go-koshimono-kata office, and documents were submitted.
