御転任 御兼任ニ付高家戸田
加賀守京都え被遣御渡物於西丸
追而有之由
一 右之面々讃岐守始
出御前御渡物相済何レも退出
致し候事見合記置候

御黒書院溜老中列座え罷出候
松浦肥前守
右昨朝二条殿就発駕為
御届登 城於帝鑑之間謁
掃部頭老中
但 出御前謁相済直退出

将軍宣下に付き高家畠山飛騨守
御転任・御兼任に付き高家戸田加賀守を京都へ遣わされ、御渡物を西丸において

御前に出て御渡物相済み、何れも退出
致した事を見合わせ記し置く
