鯣、塩鰤、鰹節、鰯、鯷等である。諸国の名物は際限がないので、これを省略することとした。右の品々は前後が混乱しているけれども、ただ初学の童子が平生（日常的に）可（使うことができる）
英語訳
Dried squid, salted yellowtail, dried bonito flakes, sardines, anchovies, and so forth. Since regional specialties from various provinces are limitless, I have decided to abbreviate them here. Although the order of the aforementioned items may appear confused, they are simply [words that] beginning students can use in daily life.
