穏和で大きな欲を張らず、高利で人の目を欺き天の罪を蒙るような者は稀で、天道を恐れる輩は終には富貴繁昌し、子孫栄花の瑞相となって倍の利潤を得る。
英語訳
Those who are gentle and not excessively greedy, who do not deceive people's eyes with high interest rates and incur Heaven's punishment, are rare. Those who fear the Way of Heaven will ultimately achieve wealth and prosperity, becoming an auspicious sign of their descendants' flourishing, and will gain double profits.
