一他国え石切旅稼ニ罷出候者共
之儀五人組切々銘々吟味
仕候様可仕候御事
一従御公儀様被 仰付御
法度之儀於旅先ニも御
背申間敷候此段堅相守
可申候様被 仰付奉得其

一此者共儀旅先定宿等脇
書ニ相記候通り少も相違
無御座候若暮ニ至り不罷帰
者御座候ハヽ請人并五人組中
御注進可仕候尤無滞罷帰
候共御支配様え御届可申上候

附り少々持高成共田畑荒し
申間敷候外え預ケ置麁末ニ
不仕様ニ妻子ニも急度相心

差し上げ申す一札の事
一、他国へ石切り出稼ぎに出かける者たちの件について、五人組で度々各々吟味するよう行うべきこと
一、御公儀様より仰せ付けられた御法度の件について、旅先においても背くことがないよう、この段を堅く守るべき旨が仰せ付けられ、その意を得奉ること
一、この者たちの件について、旅先の定宿等は脇書きに記載した通りで少しも相違ございません。もし年暮れに至っても帰らない者がございましたら、請人並びに五人組中が御注進いたします。もちろん滞りなく帰ってきた者たちも御支配様へ御届けを申し上げるべきこと
付け加えて、少々の持高であっても田畑を荒らすことなく、他へ預け置く場合も粗末にしないよう、妻子にも急度心得を
