一高遠ゟ次の村えは
栗田村と申候弐里御座候
同村ゟ御堂垣外え壱里

申三里之峠御座候
夫を御越被遊金沢宿え

一金沢と申は覚無之
青柳宿と申有之由
被仰候得共金沢と申候由
申上候得は其通御払

一左も有之候ハヽ伊奈部村ニ而
弐つニ別れ可申哉何れ
また〳〵駒場村え罷出可申候
何卒飯田迄罷出候様仕度
奉願候
現代語訳
一、高遠から次の村へは
栗田村と申します。二里ございます。
同村から御堂垣外へ一里
ございます。そこから金沢峠と
申す三里の峠がございます。
それをお越えになって金沢宿へ
お出でになります。
一、金沢という記憶はございません。
青柳宿と申すのがあると
仰せられましたが、金沢と申すと
申し上げましたところ、その通りだと
お認めになられました。
一、そのようでございましたら、伊奈部村にて
二つに分かれることになりましょうか。いずれにしても
また駒場村へ参ることになるでしょう。
何とぞ飯田まで参る様にいたしたく
お願い申し上げます。
英語訳
One: From Takato to the next village is
Kurita Village. It is two ri.
From that village to Mido-Kakigai, it is one ri.
From there is Kanazawa Pass, which
is a three-ri pass.
Crossing over that, one arrives at
Kanazawa post station.
One: I have no recollection of Kanazawa.
You mentioned that there is
Aoyagi post station, but when I stated
it is called Kanazawa, you acknowledged
that to be correct.
One: If that is the case, at Inabe Village
the route will split in two directions, I suppose. In any case,
we will need to go to Komaba Village again.
We humbly request that we might
proceed all the way to Iida.
