一 享和2年戌（1802年）10月8日 亡父平助の跡式、高22俵2人
扶持を下され、格式御供番・御供方・御給仕方を
仰せ付けられ、御用人支配

一 文化8年未（1811年）2月3日 内藤伊織様の御附人を
仰せ付けられ、これにより両御役儀を滞りなく御免、勤務の間
7俵御役料を下され、御用人支配
一 同9年申（1812年）2月21日 内藤伊織様御附人の御引上に
相成るため、御附人を滞りなく御免、彼の御屋敷引払い
御下屋敷勝手を仰せ付けられる
一 同年3月5日 御徒士小頭・御手廻頭兼帯

一 文政2年卯（1819年）正月15日 2俵御加増、勤方
一 同年9月1日 中間頭・山方・焚出方兼帯を

一 同日 山方の儀、頭取の名目しばらく御見合わせと相成る

関わる儀は元締中、これまた差引次第、諸事相心得
