現代語訳
頻繁に申し談じるために参上するよう仰せ出されるので、申し談じて
勤めることとする
頼寧君の御代
一 同8年酉（1821年）12月25日 御繰り合わせにより中間頭を滞りなく
御免、その他はこれまで通り
一 同10年亥（1823年）正月15日
祥雲院様の御賄方・御料理方を仰せ付けられ、山方・焚き
出し方はこれまで通り
一 同年閏6月13日 御役が多いため焚き出し方兼帯を
滞りなく御免、山方月番のことも御用捨て成し下される
しかし数年飲み込んでいるため、心得・指導等遠慮なく
申し談ずべきである
一 同年12月23日 御紋付御上下ならびに御金を下される
一 同11年子（1824年）5月5日 格式御中小姓を成し下され、1人扶持
御増を下され、勤方はこれまで通り
一 天保3年辰（1832年）10月23日
祥雲院様御殿の御賄方・御料理方を首尾よく
御免、2俵御加増、山方はこれまで通り、焚き出し方兼
帯を仰せ付けられる
一 同7年申（1836年）4月28日 奥様御賄・御錠口番
御子様方御殿詰兼帯を仰せ付けられ、御上屋敷勝手
一 同8年酉（1837年）5月21日 役方の不束な取り扱いがあったため
御役儀共に御免、高のうち4俵1人扶持を
召し上げられ、格式御供番・順席・御給仕方を
仰せ付けられ、差し控えを仰せ付けられる
一 同年6月28日 病死

however, having absorbed the knowledge over several years, shall consult without reserve
regarding guidance and instructions

1. 5th month, 5th day of the 11th year, year of the Rat (1824) Granted rank of middle page, 1 person's provisions

all official positions revoked, 4 hyō and 1 person's provisions from stipend
confiscated, appointed to ranked attendant guard, sequential seating, and personal service,
ordered to remain under house arrest
