現代語訳
一 安永七年戊戌年二月二十八日、殿様の女中がいる場所の錠口番を命じられた。
一 天明四年甲辰年五月十五日、南御門の勤務を命じられた。
一 同七年丁未年三月二十二日、南御門番の職務を首尾よく免じられた。追って病気が快復した上で勤務の件については沙汰があるだろう。
一 同年十一月二十八日、老年と病気のため願いの通り隠居し、息子の伴七に番代を命じた。
一 寛政二年庚戌年二月十二日、病死した。

一 安永九年子年四月十五日、坊主雇いとして勤務し、御合力として一人扶持を給付された。
一 天明七年未年十一月二十八日、親の有右衛門の願いにより番代となり、禄高五石二人扶持を給付され、坊主勤めを行った。
一 寛政二年戌年三月二十一日、坊主勤めを免じられ、大目付支配となった。
頼以君の御代
一 同五年丑年十二月二十八日、坊主勤めから御蔵方・御武具方の下役となり、禄高五石六斗二人扶持となった。
一 同十三年酉年正月十五日、御徒士に取り立てられ、禄高十八俵二人扶持を給付された。元〆役所勤務で御買物方・御普請方の下役を命じられ、御蔵方・御武具方下役は当分の間兼務した。
一 文化七年午年七月七日、格式として御供番を給付され、二俵の御加増があった。勤務はこれまで通り。
一 同年十一月二十八日、荷物方の兼帯を命じられた。

- On the 28th day of the 2nd month of An'ei 7 (1778), year of the Earth Dog, he was appointed as gatekeeper of the quarters where the lord's ladies-in-waiting resided.
- On the 15th day of the 5th month of Tenmei 4 (1784), year of the Wood Dragon, he was ordered to serve at the South Gate.
- On the 22nd day of the 3rd month of Tenmei 7 (1787), year of the Fire Sheep, he was satisfactorily relieved of his South Gate guard duties. It was noted that further assignments would be determined upon his recovery from illness.
- On the 28th day of the 11th month of the same year, due to old age and illness, his request for retirement was granted, and his son Banshichi was appointed as his replacement.
- On the 12th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 2 (1790), year of the Metal Dog, he died of illness.

During the reign of Lord Honryūin
- On the 15th day of the 4th month of An'ei 9 (1780), year of the Rat, he served as an employed monk and was granted provisions for one person as financial assistance.
- On the 28th day of the 11th month of Tenmei 7 (1787), year of the Sheep, he became a substitute for his father Uemon upon request, was granted a stipend of 5 koku and provisions for two people, and served as a monk.
- On the 21st day of the 3rd month of Kansei 2 (1790), year of the Dog, he was relieved of monk duties and placed under the supervision of the ōmetsuke.
During the reign of Lord Raiin
- On the 28th day of the 12th month of Kansei 5 (1793), year of the Ox, he was transferred from monk duties to become a subordinate in the treasury and armory departments, with a stipend of 5 koku 6 tō and provisions for two people.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Kansei 13 (1801), year of the Rooster, he was promoted to ashigaru foot soldier with a stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for two people. He was assigned to serve in the accounting office as a subordinate in the purchasing and construction departments, while temporarily maintaining his duties in the treasury and armory departments.
- On the 7th day of the 7th month of Bunka 7 (1810), year of the Horse, he was granted the rank privilege of escort duty with an increase of 2 hyō. His duties remained the same as before.
- On the 28th day of the 11th month of the same year, he was ordered to also handle baggage affairs.
