一 宝暦二年壬申（1752年）三月二十一日、当四月の諏訪御柱祭礼に付き、放立国御人数を差し出すことになり、その節差し出すべき御上下を下賜され、御借上もあるため御手当金百疋を下賜される
一 同三年癸酉（1753年）六月一日、中間小頭堀内市右衛門が春中に病死、右の御慈悲願の義に付き不束の義の間、御書付をもって仰せ渡され、同十日に差和を免除される
一 同五年乙亥（1755年）四月二十一日、娘を池上五右衛門方へ遣わし婚姻を結ぶ
一 同年十二月十九日、御中間頭を免除され、御次番を仰せつけられ、伺いの上で御目通を遠慮する
一 同六年丙子（1756年）正月十日、遠慮を免除される
一 同九年己卯（1759年）七月六日、御規式御出の節に御駕籠担ぎ御供方を相勤めるよう仰せ出される
