1. Next to the southern wooden veranda, the eldest sons of those serving in Garin-no-ma, the eldest sons of goshōsha-ban (court announcers), bantō (guard captains), and officials of Fuyō-no-ma are seated in rows
1. In the northern part of Ni-no-ma, from between the second and third pillars toward the eastern side near the sliding paper doors, fudai daimyō (hereditary lords) of the fourth rank and above are seated in rows
1. In Ni-no-ma, fudai daimyō and their eldest sons are seated, and in San-no-ma, officials of hōi (court dress) rank and above, and physicians in hōin (Buddhist law seal) ceremonial robes are seated in rows
