奉九拝而退去御太刀目録御奏者番

一大炊頭 召之読谷山儀遠境相越之儀
被 思召旨被 仰出之於御次
御詫之趣薩摩守え大炊頭伝之則読
谷山え薩摩守達之御請申上其趣
大炊頭え薩摩守述之
一読谷山重而出席自分之御礼於板縁奉
現代語訳
御中段下より二畳目に置かれ、中山王として披露された読谷山王【ママ】が出座し、御下段下より四畳目において九拝を奉じて退去した。御太刀目録を御奏者番が引き取った。
一、大炊頭が召され、読谷山の儀について遠境より相越した儀を思し召される旨が仰せ出された。御次において御詫びの趣を薩摩守へ大炊頭が伝え、則ち読谷山へ薩摩守が達した。御請けを申し上げ、その趣を大炊頭へ薩摩守が述べた。
一、読谷山が重ねて出席し、自分の御礼を板縁において奉じ

Placed at the second tatami mat from below the middle platform, Yomitanzan [sic] was announced as the King of Chūzan and took his seat. From the fourth tatami mat below the lower platform, he performed nine prostrations and withdrew. The goshōsha-ban took charge of the ceremonial sword catalog.
1. The Ōi-no-kami was summoned, and it was proclaimed that His Lordship graciously acknowledged Yomitanzan's journey from distant lands. In the antechamber, the Ōi-no-kami conveyed the substance of the apology to Satsuma-no-kami, who then immediately communicated this to Yomitanzan. An acknowledgment was respectfully offered, and Satsuma-no-kami relayed this response to the Ōi-no-kami.
