右之通相触候間私領之内国産もの

当御役所より左之通被仰出於 清白砂町役人
両所を諸役町代蔵問屋両目附御請屓印形仕候
近年米値段下値二候處諸色値段高値二而
諸人及難儀候二付此度従 公儀諸色値段
引下ヶ候儀被 仰出諸国茂同様御触有之候二付
米穀を以遠出し候品者勿論其外諸品共仕入
之儀者不及申問屋中買者茂売買値段
之儀種々致吟味可致売買候兼ゝ商を話
役並両目附共へ申付置候事二候後者非議之
取扱者有之間敷候得共今度被 仰出二付而ハ

右の通り触れ知らせているので、私領の内で国産物が
ある面々は、元値段引き下げ方の件について、その領の
地頭より種々吟味を遂げるよう申し付けられること。もしこの上で元値段を
引き下げない、または不正の件もある趣が聞こえてくるならば、
領主・地頭の落ち度となるので、申し付けられること。
右の趣旨を触れ知らせること。
右の通り公儀から御書付が出ているので、町中へ
触れ知らせること。以上

当御役所より左の通り仰せ出されたことについて、清白砂町役人
両所を、諸役町代・蔵問屋両目付が御請け印形をしました。
近年米値段が下落しているところ、諸物価の値段が高値で
諸人が困窮していることにつき、この度公儀から諸物価の値段
引き下げの件が仰せ出され、諸国も同様に御触れがあったことにより、
米穀をもって製造する品物は当然のこと、その他諸品とも仕入れ
の件は申すに及ばず、問屋・中買も売買値段
の件について種々吟味を致して売買すること。かねがね商を話し
役並び両目付どもへ申し付け置いていることで、後は非議の

In recent years, while rice prices have fallen, commodity prices remain high,
causing hardship for the people. Therefore, the shogunate has now issued orders
to reduce commodity prices, with similar directives being issued to all provinces.
For products made from rice and grains, this naturally applies, and for all other goods as well,
regarding procurement matters, not to mention wholesalers and intermediate buyers, they must
conduct thorough investigations regarding buying and selling prices before trading. We have
