一、御領分より産出する産物については、それぞれ心がけて荷物を多分に差し出すべきである。とりわけ藤沢口入野谷山については、田畑や町方の土地に関しては、油断なく産物の取り集めを容易に行うべきである。文化八年未年に在中より前納を行い荷物を差し出すことは相成らない旨を申し渡しておいたが、この度改めて町方へ売荷を差し出し、当町の町人共へ値段について度々掛け合いを申し談じ、示し合わせて調整し、引き合いが成立しない場合は、どちらへなりとも売り渡すべきである。その際、他所へ出すため在中へ売り渡す者は勝手次第に取り扱って良い。もっとも荷物問屋へは強いて度々断りをつけて送るべきである。町方においても

当所の産物については正当に引き受けて取り扱うべきである。結局のところ、売買方法が未熟なため他所の商人が多分に入り込み、在中より直接買い取っている様子が聞こえてくる。全く町人共が骨折りを厭い、値段合わせの正当な筋道もあるのではないか。右のような体たらくより事が起こり、自然と他所の者との引き合い取引となってしまう。

一、入帰谷郷藤沢口については、外口と違って多分の産物類を町方へ差し出すべきである。値段金子を強引に取引することになっては、抜け荷なども生じるのではないか。
