左候得者追々申渡置候趣意二振れ不届之
筋二付此度前条之通用捨筋申渡下間以来
急度相慎取扱可申事
一木綿麻布麻草類之儀追々相触置候得共
急用おらせ短く幅も狭相成候趣相聞其上抜
荷等茂可有之哉近年在々より町方え揃出荷物
少々相成候段粗相聞候諸々商目付共手延
之事二候此上積々心懸万一定法二背候義も
有之候ハゝ可訴出候事
一御城下最寄近郷之儀者弁弁町方より外相
弁候處も無之産物等多分致受易候得者

自然と町方へ潤も可相成哉於町方産物之外
尓も在中より揃出差押候而取捌候二限り可申哉
御領分内え他所より金崎入候得者町方追々
買売之繁昌之基二可相成候条将而致勘弁
在中作間敷渡世候もの迄も本業之障無之
様致思慮手廣可致受取候勿論不正之
取捌有之候ハゝ急度可及糾明者也
右之趣諸郷村之役人共町方並在中商取扱

【右丁】
そうであれば、追々申し渡しておいた趣旨に反し、不届きな筋であるので、この度前条の通り用捨の筋を申し渡す。今後は必ず慎んで取り扱うべきこと。
一、木綿・麻布・麻草類の件について追々触れ置いているが、急に用を急がせて短く、幅も狭くなっている様子が聞こえる。その上抜け荷なども有るのではないか。近年在郷より町方へ揃えて出す荷物が少々になっている段、概ね聞いている。諸々の商売目付共の手抜かりである。この上積々心がけ、万一定法に背く義があれば訴え出るべきこと。
一、御城下最寄りの近郷については、別々に町方より外で便宜を図る所も無く、産物等を多分に受け入れ易いので

自然と町方へ潤いも生じるのではないか。町方において産物の外にも在中より揃えて出し、差し押さえて取り捌くに限るべきではないか。御領分内へ他所より金銀が入れば、町方の追々の売買繁昌の基となるであろうから、将来を見越して勘弁し、在中で作間敷い渡世をする者までも本業の障りが無いよう思慮して、手広く受け取るべきである。勿論不正の取り捌きがあれば必ず糾明に及ぶものである。
右の趣旨を諸郷村の役人共、町方並びに在中で商売取り扱いをする者まで漏れなく触れるべきである。以上

1. Regarding cotton, hemp cloth, and hemp grass, although notices have been issued repeatedly, it is heard that there is urgency causing shortening and narrowing of width. Moreover, there may be smuggling occurring. It is generally heard that goods sent collectively from rural areas to towns have become scarce in recent years. This is due to negligence by various commercial inspectors. Henceforth, make every effort, and if there are any violations of regulations, they should be reported.
1. Regarding the nearby districts closest to the castle town, there are no other places to seek convenience outside the town areas, and since products can be easily received in large quantities,

naturally prosperity may come to the town areas. In the towns, not only products but also goods collected from rural areas should be controlled and handled exclusively. If money flows into the domain from other places, it will become the foundation for the gradual prosperity of commerce in the towns. Therefore, considering the future, even those in rural areas engaged in questionable livelihoods should be accepted broadly, provided there is no interference with legitimate business. Of course, if there is any improper handling, it will certainly be investigated.
The above intentions should be communicated without fail to officials of all districts and villages, as well as to those in towns and rural areas who handle commerce.
