一、旅行の際、もし宿泊の手配がないのに先触れを差し出すことがあれば、宿場において人馬の手配担当者はもちろん、旅宿の手配等も減らして取り計らうため、甚だ混雑に及ぶ事情につき、手配のない先触れは差し出さないようにすること。
一、宿場において相対（直接交渉）で人馬を雇わず、継送する荷物であっても、貫目改所においては一律に検査すること。
