今回、中山道の板橋宿をはじめとする十四の宿場が経営困窮のため、人馬賃銭の割増を以下の通り受け取ってよい旨を申し渡す。
中山道
去る巳年正月から来る寅年三月まで 板橋宿 板鼻宿
十年間の人馬賃銭について 松井田宿 坂本宿
一割五分増を申し付けていたが 軽井沢宿 沓掛宿
さらに来る亥年正月から来る 追分宿 塩名田宿
卯年十二月まで三割増とし 八幡宿 望月宿
合計四割五分増とする 芦田宿 御嶽宿
加納宿 関ケ原宿

右の割増銭を申し渡すので受け取るよう承知されたい。戌年三月
右の趣旨をもれなく触れ回すこと。以上

亥年二月十三日
今回西の丸において姫君がご誕生になり、
姫君様のことを「儔（ひとし）」という文字を使って「儔殿姫君様」と称することが仰せ出された。これに関連して「向儔」という文字について、男女ともに改めるべきである。

Nakasendō Road
From the first month of the past Mi year to the third month of the coming Tora year, for ten years, a 15% increase in charges for horses and porters was ordered. Furthermore, from the first month of the coming I year to the twelfth month of the coming U year, an additional 30% increase is added, making a total increase of 45%.
