【右丁】
10貫目以上を差し出す者にも、員数1厘往道の分として、金100両につき銀5分ずつ、銀1貫目につき銀3分ずつの割合で、員数の銀高に応じて諸入用を下される予定である。御料所は御代官、私領は領主・地頭より右の諸入用を相願う者を取り調べ、江戸金銀座より申し立てるようにすること。もし当人が図々しくも、その身寄りを以て直接金銀座へ申し立てる旨を申すならば、その通りにしても構わないので、何にしても厚く世話をして、古金銀の不正を行う者も品々それぞれに引き替えるようにすること。

諸国の川が次々と土砂で埋まり、水の流れが悪くなって堤防の決壊箇所等ができ、田畑が水に冠って家屋まで水が入り、引き続き水位がますます増している場所もある様子である。水の流れが悪い川筋は、瀬を復旧し瀬直しをし、あるいは付け替え工事や浚渫を行い、出た砂を以て、以前の御普請所と自普請所の区別なく堤通りへ上げ置き、堤防工事等を行えば、川筋は深くなり堤防は高くなって水の流れがよくなり、決壊の心配も少なくなり、治山のためにもなり、自然と水害を逃れることができるであろう。地元はもちろん下流の村々と申し合わせて村方で

For those submitting 10 kan-me or more, travel expenses will be provided at a rate of 1 rin per unit for the outbound journey: 5 bu of silver per 100 ryō of gold, and 3 bu of silver per 1 kan-me of silver, proportional to the amount of silver submitted. For shogunal territories (goryō), the magistrate (daikan), and for private domains, the domain lord or local administrator should investigate those requesting such expenses and submit applications through the Edo Gold and Silver Exchange. If individuals presumptuously attempt to apply directly to the Gold and Silver Exchange through their connections, this is also acceptable, so in any case, provide thorough assistance so that even those who have improperly handled old gold and silver can exchange their various items accordingly.

Rivers throughout the provinces have become successively silted up, causing poor water flow and creating breaks in embankments.
