蒲原宿、由比宿、二川宿、藤川宿、石薬師宿、坂之下宿
右の九か所は近頃特に困窮に陥っているため、来る丑年正月から来る己年十二月まで五年間、前条の二割増しにさらに三割増しを加え、合計五割増しを申し渡す。
中山道の内
守山宿
右も同様のため、来る丑年正月から来る己年十二月まで五年間、前条の一割五分増しにさらに一割五分増しを加え、合計三割増しを申し渡す。

奥州道中の内
喜連川
右も同様のため、来る丑年正月から来る己年十二月まで五年間、前条の通り一割五分増しにさらに三割増しを加え、合計四割五分増しを申し渡す。
右の割増し銭を申し渡すので、その意を得るべきである。
