飛脚賃銭不相渡差紙候もの江戸着之上
右差紙取次候江戸宿え掛合い於御当地賃銭可相渡
右之趣を江戸宿並而茂申渡置候条可得其意候
但 軽處差紙に心附候ハゝ右差紙持参候者を其所二
留置其筋え可訴出候
右之通天明七未年文化十二寅年相触候処
近来又候贋差差紙取扱賃銭かたり取候者

【右丁】
飛脚賃銭を渡さずに差紙を受け取った者は、江戸に到着した後、右の差紙を取り次ぐ江戸宿に掛け合って、江戸の地で賃銭を渡すこととする。右の趣旨を江戸宿一般に申し渡してあるので、その意を得ること。
ただし 軽々しい差紙に気付いた場合は、右の差紙を持参した者をその場に留め置き、然るべき筋に訴え出ること。
右の通り天明七年未年、文化十二年寅年に触れ回したところ、近来また偽の差紙を取り扱って賃銭を騙し取る者がいる趣が聞こえてくる。これは結局村方の者どもが疎いことに付け込んで、偽の差紙を本物と心得て偽装を見過ごしているものである。吟味の上咎めを申し付けるので、今後差紙を持参する者が路銀が足りないなどと申しても、その場において賃銭は決して渡してはならない。たとえ相対（当事者同士）であっても金銀は

小判金については、瑕（きず）の患いがないよう厚く吹き直すよう仰せ付けられたが、この上年を経るに随って、切れ金や瑕のある金などが出てきても、切れや瑕があっても構わず通用させること。軽目金についても小判四匁まで軽い分は通用させ、二分判・一分判もこの分量をもって軽い分や瑕のある金は滞りなく通用させること。
