寺社奉行の連印による勧化状を持参する役僧及び役人たちのうち、来年の巳年正月から来る酉年正月まで、江戸府内並びに幕府直轄領・私領・寺社領の両在町を巡行することとする。信仰する人々は物の多少によらず寄進をすることができる。幕府直轄領については代官が、私領については領主・地頭から申し渡すこととする。
