【右丁】
取扱手数料を過度に取る者たちがいるという話を聞いている。これは結局のところ村方の者たちの油断によることなので、差紙を持参する者が路用（旅費）を差し出すと言っても、その場所において手数料が揃えば決して渡してはならない。先年触れ出した件について厳格に心得るべきである。
この趣旨について、御領主・御代官・私領は領主地頭・寺社領とも漏れなく触れ出すべきである。

右の通り公儀より御書付が出されたので町中へ触れ出すべきである。以上
十一月
大納言様の件について、今後は右大将様とお呼び申し上げる。

武蔵国多摩郡根ヶ布村諏訪明神の神主宮崎左が所持していた社領御朱印の口通を紛失した。盗み取った者、心当たりのある者、あるいは途中で拾った者について見聞きした場合は、御領ではその所の御代官、私領では領主地頭へ申し出て、それより江戸の河部備中守方へ申し出るべきである。たとえ親族であっても、その科（罪）を正して取り計らうべきである。もし隠し置いて後日に他から知れた場合は曲事（不正）とする。
子三月
右の通り関八州へ、御領では御代官、私領ではその地頭より触れ出すべきである。

4th month of the Rat year
The head priest Miyazaki Sa of Suwa Myōjin shrine in Negabu village, Tama district, Musashi Province, has lost the official document (kuchitsū) for his temple lands bearing the vermillion seal. If anyone has seen or heard of someone who stole it, has knowledge of it, or found it along the road, they should report to the local magistrate in government lands, or to the territorial lord or magistrate in private domains, who will then report to Kawabe Bitchū-no-kami in Edo. Even if the person is a relative, their crime should be properly investigated and dealt with. If anyone conceals this information and it becomes known later through other sources, it will be considered a serious offense.
