一 天明八年戊申（1788年）二月十八日、在番中の手当として十六俵二人扶持を給付され、馬術稽古のため在番に任命され、御道中並びに御在府中の御供方打込勤を申し付けられた
頼以君御代
一 寛政八年辰（1796年）八月十五日、格式御徒士に取り立てられ御馬役に任命され、高十八俵二人扶持を給付された
一 享和二年戌（1802年）九月十四日、親の由左衛門の願いの通り隠居し、家督として高二十二俵二人扶持を給付され、格式御供番に取り立てられ御馬役はこれまでの通りとなった
一 文化五年辰（1808年）五月五日、病気のため願いの通り御馬役を免じられ御次番となった

- On the 1st day of the 5th month of Hōreki 4, year of the Dog (1754), he was appointed to the hereditary position of escort guard (ato-shiki gosupban) with a stipend of 22 hyō and provisions for 2 people, assigned to the escort group under the command of the ashigaru head.
- On the 9th day of the 8th month of An'ei 2, year of the Snake (1773), he was appointed as ashigaru sub-head and personal attendant head, receiving an increase of 4 hyō and provisions for 1 person.
During the reign of Honryū-in-sama
- On the 10th day of the 11th month of Tenmei 5, year of the Snake (1785), he became a ranked middle page in the investigation department.
- On the 21st day of the 9th month of Tenmei 7, year of the Sheep (1787), he was relieved of investigation duties and assigned to the reserve guard.
During the reign of Lord Yoriyuki
- On the 28th day of the 12th month of Kansei 5, year of the Ox (1793), he was ordered to observe discretionary restraint.
- On the 15th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 6, year of the Tiger (1794), he was appointed to the treasury office.
- On the 1st day of the 9th month of Kansei 7, year of the Rabbit (1795), he was appointed to the investigation department.
- On the 20th day of the 10th month of Kansei 8, year of the Dragon (1796), upon his request, he was relieved of his duties and assigned to the reserve guard.
- On the 14th day of the 9th month of Kyōwa 2, year of the Dog (1802), he retired upon his request.

- On the 7th day of the 1st month of An'ei 9, year of the Metal Rat (1780), because he was devoted to equestrian arts and veterinary medicine, he was granted provisions for 1 person and appointed to the lower riding position.
- On the 18th day of the 2nd month of Tenmei 8, year of the Earth Monkey (1788), as an allowance during his garrison duty, he was granted 16 hyō and provisions for 2 people, appointed to garrison duty for equestrian training, and ordered to perform intensive escort duties during travels and residence in Edo.
During the reign of Lord Yoriyuki
- On the 15th day of the 8th month of Kansei 8, year of the Dragon (1796), he was promoted to ranked ashigaru and appointed to horse duties, granted a stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people.
- On the 14th day of the 9th month of Kyōwa 2, year of the Dog (1802), as requested by his father Yuzaemon, he inherited the family headship with a stipend of 22 hyō and provisions for 2 people, was promoted to ranked escort guard, and continued his horse duties as before.
- On the 5th day of the 5th month of Bunka 5, year of the Dragon (1808), due to illness, he was relieved of horse duties as requested and assigned to the reserve guard.
