薬を用ゆる事あり。埒（ラチ）のあかぬ事
なり。明-医は人の医（イ）-案（アン）とおなじから
ず。庸-医ばかりの論（ロン）-儀（ギ）￣ハ互（タガイ）にいひち
がえもなき様に言（コト）-葉（バ）をさしひ
かえ其-実（ジツ）をさへつくしがたし。俗人
は我（ワガ）-信（シン）ずる医-者をのみよきと
おもひて病人は余所（ヨソ）になりて他
の医の薬は心からあしくおもはれ

彼-是を互（タガヒ）にそしり医-者をひた
もの替（カエ）て仕（シ）ぞこなふもある也。
薬の応（ヲフ）ぜざるは早（ハヤ）く替（カエ）ねば叶（カナ）
はぬぞ。薬の善-悪俗-人のしる
べきにあらざれば常に医のよしあし
をしるがよし

現代語訳
【右丁】
薬を用いることがある。埒が明かないことである。名医は他人の医案と同じではない。藪医者ばかりの論議では、互いに言い違いもないように言葉を差し控え、その実情さえ尽くしがたい。俗人は自分が信頼する医者のみを良いと思って、病人は蚊帳の外になって、他の医師の薬は心から悪く思われる。
【左丁】
あれこれを互いに批判し、医者をひたすら替えて失敗することもあるのである。薬が効かないのは早く替えなければいけないのである。薬の善悪は俗人が知るべきことではないから、常に医師の良し悪しを知るのが良い。

Laypeople think only the doctor they trust is good, and the patient becomes an outsider, naturally thinking poorly of other physicians' medicines.
