りて我を信（シン）かういたさしむるなり
皆医-書にこゝろを用ゆる事は
なくして時に用ひらるゝ工夫（クフウ）

れども他（タノ）-医（イ）はあやうし一-医は平（ヘイ）

はあるまじきなれば遅（オソク）-治（ヂ）する分（ブン）
に害（カイ）はあるまじきと其-薬をあら
ためずして死す。明（メイ）-医（イ）なりと信（シン）
じてあらためざるは至（シ）-極（コク）の分別（フンヘツ）
なり。平脈（ヘイミヤク）をしれりと信（シン）じて医
現代語訳
【右丁】
りて我を信頼させるのである。皆医書に心を用いることはなくして、時に用いられる工夫ばかりである。このようなことを見ては、今の医に病を任せ難い。《割書：予》
答えて言うには、古今医統に言う「明医は時医に如かず」と昔よりこのようなことである。

○一人の病人がいて、一人の医を信じていた。病気は重いけれども、他の医は危険だと言い、その一医は平脈で通常の虚弱を知っており、誤りはあるまいので、遅い治療をする分には害はないだろうと、その薬を改めずして死んだ。明医であると信じて改めないのは極めての無分別である。平脈を知っていると信じて医
