○恋（コヒ）にてわづろふ事もあるほどに
看（カン）-病（ビヤウ）人よくさつして医にかたるが
よし療-治の術（ジユツ）あり
○四-百-病の中にて大人小児にかぎ
らず一-病の妙-方を得（ヱ）たりと
称（シヤウ）するものあり。其-薬 偶（グウ）-中すれ
ば病もいゆべし。去ながら命を大

○恋によって患うこともあるほどなので、看病人はよく観察して医師に話すのがよい。治療の方法がある。
○四百病の中で、大人小児に限らず、一つの病気の特効薬を得たと称する者がある。その薬が偶然当たれば病気も治るであろう。しかしながら、命を大切にする者が服用すべきものではない。

その医者が真実から一つの病気の神薬だと思うのは、文盲ゆえなので憎からずとも、医書に疎くして病気の根源や処方の意味を知るはずもないと悟らずに信ずるのは、不注意なことである。魯の康子が薬を贈ったが、孔子は「まだ理解が及ばない」として軽々しく服用しなかった。

○Since one can suffer from lovesickness as well, it is good for caregivers to observe carefully and tell the physician. There are methods of treatment.
○Among the four hundred diseases, there are those who claim to have obtained a miraculous remedy for a particular disease, regardless of whether it affects adults or children. If that medicine happens to work, the disease may be cured. However, it is not something that those who value their lives should take.

If the physician truly believes from his heart that it is a divine medicine for a particular disease, this is not hateful since it stems from illiteracy. However, to believe without realizing that being ignorant of medical texts means one cannot know the source of diseases or the meaning of prescriptions is carelessness. When Lu's Kangzi sent medicine, Confucius did not take it lightly, saying "I have not yet understood it."
○Someone said that today's physicians make their retinues splendid and ornament only their appearance, which is the physician's
