横に子のなりて生（ムマ）れ兼るに辰砂
にて書て素湯（サユ）にてのみ下す

符は病家で好まれるので、私が用いない事であるが、害がなければ記すものである。

朱で書いて出産する者の北

これも出産が困難な時に辰砂で
書いて枕の上に貼るのである
横向きに子がなって生まれにくい時に辰砂

Since talismans are favored in households with illness, though I do not use them myself, I record them here as they cause no harm.

For childbirth to be easy and peaceful,
write with vermillion and paste it on the north
wall of the birthing woman's room.
This too, when childbirth is difficult, write with
cinnabar and paste it above the pillow.
When the child is positioned sideways and cannot be born easily,
write with cinnabar and have her drink it down
with plain hot water.
