【右丁】
一寸四方の紙（カミ）に書て呑（ノム）也しばらくし
て乳（ニウ）-香を火にくべて手の中を薫（クスブ）
べし其後手の甲（カウ）に毛が生（ハヱ）たら
ば青く紅（クレナヰ）は治（ヂ）しがたし黒（クロキ）は死（シ）す
白（シロキ）は治するなり
此符を呑（ノミ）てからは夜の灯（ヒ）を大分あか
うともして四方 隅（スミ）〴〵も暗（クラ）うなき
様にして。纔（ワヅカ）にも生（イキ）たる物が走（ハシ）り

飛（トバ）ばこれを即（スナハチ）-取（トリ）て油（アフラ）なべの中へ
入￣レ て煎（イリ）ころすべし。河（カハ）-水の流るゝ
処へすて去（サツ）て跡（アト）を顧（カエリミル）事なく
帰（カヘ）るべし。病のかろきはいまだ虫
に形なし。夢（ユメ）の中に人とわかるゝ
とみるは虫のさりたるしるし也

一寸四方の紙に書いて飲む。しばらくして
乳香を火にくべて手のひらを薫じる
べし。その後手の甲に毛が生えたら
ば、青く赤いものは治しがたい。黒いものは死ぬ。
白いものは治るのである。
この符を飲んでからは夜の灯火を大分明か
るくともして、四方の隅々も暗く
ならないようにして。わずかにでも生きている物が走り

飛んだら、これを即座に捕らえて油鍋の中へ
入れて煎り殺すべし。川の水が流れる
所へ捨て去って、後を振り返ることなく
帰るべし。病が軽いものはまだ虫に
形がない。夢の中で人と別れる
のを見るのは虫が去ったしるしである。

Write on a one-inch square paper and drink it. After a while,
burn frankincense over a fire and fumigate the palms.
Then, if hair grows on the back of the hands,
if it is blue or red, it is difficult to cure. If black, death follows.
If white, it can be cured.
After drinking this talisman, keep the night lamp quite bright,
so that all four corners remain illuminated and not
dark. If any living creature runs or

flies, immediately catch it and put it into
an oil pot to fry and kill it. Throw it away
where river water flows, and return
without looking back. If the illness is mild, the worm
has no form yet. Seeing oneself parting from
people in dreams is a sign that the worm has departed.
