すれば心から気も上（ジヤウ）-舛（シヤウ）する様（ヤウ）【「カウ」は誤記ヵ】に
覚えて斟（シン）-酌（シヤク）する事も有￣リ。医-者
もこれによりて思ひのまゝに用ひ
難（ガタ）き病人もあり。医者のかたより余（ヨ）-
薬（ヤク）と同じく用ひたらば其さたに
及ばじ。少ツヽ医者より入￣ル れ共こぐち
切にして。それと見（み）ゆる様にして薬代（ヤクタイ）
をまつ張本（テウホン）とするによりて病家に人

家医に薄（ウス）き事もあるによりてならし
○其まゝきざみすこし焙（アブ）りて用るぞ。
元（クハン）-来（ライ）はあぶらぬがよし。樟（シヤウ）のふの気
があるほどに焙（アブ）りて去￣ル がよき也。
今の人参に蘆（ロ）【芦は俗字】-頭（ヅ）はなきほどに去￣ル
事はいらぬぞ。鬚（ヒゲ）-折（ヲレ）には蘆（ロ）【芦】がまじり
て来るものぞ。

参と明かす。医者が利益を求めるのは、病家が医者に対して薄情であることもあるからである。
○そのまま刻んで少し焙って用いる。本来は焙らないのが良い。樟脳のような匂いがするほどに焙って取り除くのが良い。現在の人参には蘆頭（根の上部）はないほどなので取り除く必要はない。鬚折れ（細根の折れたもの）には蘆が混じって来るものである。
