あり共まよふべからす下々（シタ〳〵）のする
事なり
○遺（イ）-精（セイ）《割書：俗にモウゾウト云》
世-間に夢中（ムチウ）に精（セイ）をもらしたるは
房（ボウ）-事（ジ）より甚（ハナハダ）しとさたして。何（ナニ）の
差別（サベツ）もなく此-症あれば六味（ロクミ）-丸（グハン）
のたぐひを服して其-陰（イン）を増（マサ）んと
せぬものすくなき也。雲（ウン）-林（リン）くはしく

いへり邪陰（ジヤイン）に客（カク）となれば神気（シンキ）が
守（マモ）る事なく。こゝろに感ずる処が
あれば遺（イ）-精（セイ）する也。其￣ノ-品（シナ）三￣ツ
あり。一には年-若（ワカ）く気さかんに
寡夫（ヤモメ）にて房（ボウ）-事（ジ）を侵（オカ）さず。つとめ
て欲（ヨク）の起（オコ）るを抑（オサ）へ堪（カン）にんして
夢中にもるゝは瓶（もたい）の溢（アフ）れて出る
がごとし。是￣レ は薬を服せずして

あったとしても惑わされてはならない。下々の者がする
ことである。
○遺精《俗にモウゾウと言う》
世間では夢中に精を漏らしたのは
房事よりもひどいと評して、何の
区別もなくこの症状があれば六味丸
の類を服用してその陰を増やそうと
しない者は少ない。雲林が詳しく

言っている。邪陰に客となれば神気が
守ることなく、心に感ずるところが
あれば遺精するのである。その種類は三つ
ある。一には年若く気が盛んで
やもめで房事を犯さず、努めて
欲の起こるのを抑えて堪忍して
