がよし。夢にたしかに人とまじ
はりて精をもらするを夢遺（ムイ）と
名づくるぞ是もかろき事也
○痳病
痳（リン）-病（ビヤウ）は下部（ゲブ）が寒（ヒエ）て発（オコ）るもの
也。また大かたは陰（イン）-精（セイ）をたもちて
もらさず。もれざるを強（シヒ）てもらし痳（リン）と
なる也。仕（シ）そこなへば下疳（ゲカン）になり

て楊梅瘡（トフガサ）にもなるぞ。鈴（スヾ）ぐちに
膿（ウミ）のあるを衣（イ）-類（ルイ）にとり付（ツケ）て起（タチ）
ゐに触（フレ）てやぶれなどして下（ゲ）-疳（カン）に
なるほどに。犢鼻褌（シタオビ）は木綿（モメン）のたぐ
ひか。さらしをやはらかにして仕（シ）たる
がよきぞ。絹（きぬ）にはとりつきやすき也
○便毒（ヨコネ）
竜（リウ）-胆（タン）-瀉（シヤ）-肝（カン）-湯（トウ）などを大 分（ブン）服すれば
現代語訳

がよい。夢の中で確かに人と交
わって精を漏らすことを夢遺と
名付ける。これも軽いことである。
○淋病
淋病は下部が冷えて起こるもの
である。また大抵は陰精を保って
漏らさない。漏れないのを無理に漏らして淋と
なる。治療を誤れば下疳になり

膿があるのを衣類に付けて立ち
座りに触れて破れなどして下疳に
なるほどに。犢鼻褌は木綿の類
か、晒し布を柔らかにして作った
ものがよい。絹には付着しやすい。
