脾（ヒ）-胃（イ）を損（ソン）ずるぞ。脾-胃がよはき
によりて便（ヨコ）-毒（ネ）は早速（サツソク）いえても追（オツ）
付（ツケ）下（ゲ）-疳（カン）や楊（ト）-梅（ウ）-瘡（ガサ）などをわづろふ
なり。便（ヨコ）-毒（ネ）は虚（キヨ）-症（シヤウ）の人には唯（タヽ）内（ナイ）-托（タク）
して張（ハリ）きる様にするがよし。腫（ハレ）
に勢（イキホ）ひのあるには灸をするが何（ナニ）
よりもよき也。勢（イキホ）ひのなきには
灸するもあしき也。か様の事は

楊（タ）-梅（フ）-瘡（ガサ）なん年もいえずとても
寒（かん）やくの速（スミヤカ）にいえるくすりを服
するはあしゝ。当（タウ）-座（ザ）治しても一年
半年の後には耳（ミゝ）-聾（シヒ）鼻（ハナ）-堕（オチ）手（テ）

○楊梅瘡
楊梅瘡が何年も治らないとしても、
寒薬の速やかに治る薬を服用
するのはよくない。当座治しても一年
