方 家々（イヘ〃）にあるもの也。癩（ライ）-風なりと
見付るよりはやく療-治すれば
あいだに治するもある也
○吃逆（シヤクリ）
産（さん）-後（ご）金（きん）-瘡（さう）大-病にしやくりの出る
は胃（イ）の気（キ）の絶（たへ）る也。常（ツネ）〳〵に出る
は胃の寒（かん）也 各（カク）-別（ベツ）軽（ケイ）-重（ジウ）がある也。
軽（カロ）きは気を転（てん）じて止（ヤム）ものなり。

掛（カケ）て怒（イカ）らすれば止￣ム ぞ。霊枢（レイスウ）に
もこれに似（ニ）たるまじなひの法が

額（ヒタヘ）に唾（ツバ）きにて藁（ワラ）-稗（シベ）を貼（ツク）れ

【右丁】
特効薬を扱う医者は各家庭にいるものである。癩風だと診断するよりも早く治療すれば、中には治ることもある。
○しゃっくり
出産後、外傷、大病でしゃっくりが出るのは胃の気が絶えるからである。日常的に出るのは胃の寒によるものである。それぞれ軽重の違いがある。軽いものは気を転じて止むものである。

しゃっくりの出る人に無理なことを言いかけて怒らせれば止まるものである。『霊枢』にもこれに似たまじないの方法がある。今、世間で足の裏がしびれる時に額に唾で藁屑を貼れば止むというのも、この道理で上へ気を転じたものである。

○Hiccups
Hiccups that occur after childbirth, trauma, or serious illness indicate the exhaustion of stomach qi. Those that occur regularly are due to cold in the stomach. Each case varies in severity. Light cases can be stopped by redirecting the qi.

If you say something unreasonable to a person with hiccups to make them angry, the hiccups will stop. The "Lingshu" also contains similar magical methods. The current folk practice of applying straw chaff to the forehead with saliva when the soles of the feet become numb also works on this principle by redirecting qi upward.
