臣よく活（イケ）んと。遂（ツイ）に三 陽（ヤウ）五会（ゴヱ）に針（ハリ）
してしばらくに太子 蘇生（ヨミカヘレ）り。今
の暴（ボウ）-死のものにも尸蹶（シケツ）の症もあら
んなれ共 扁（ヘン）-鵲（ジヤク）が針（ハリ）の法の
世に伝（つたは）らぬは残（のこ）り多（オヽ）き事也

薬を服して気-血をとゝなふべしと
示（シメ）すれば。月（グハツ）-経（ケイ）常のごとし気-血
に不順（フジユン）なしと信ぜず。他-医の薬を服
す後（ノチ）三日にして暴（ニハカニ）に痰（タン）-咽（ノンド）をふさ
ぎて絶（ゼツ）す針（シン）-灸（キウ）及（ヲヨブ）事なし。医
の道にあきらかならば其死の
ちかき事をしるべきものなれ共

現代語訳
【右丁】
私はよく生き返らせることができると言った。ついに三陽五会に針を刺して、しばらくすると太子は蘇生した。今の突然死する者にも尸蹶の症状があるであろうが、扁鵲の針治療の方法が世に伝わらないのは非常に残念なことである。
○ある婦人に咳があり、他に苦しむことはなかった。私が脈を診てみると、出産後数ヶ月を経ているというものの、瘀血がまだ去らない。
【左丁】
薬を服用して気血を整えるべきであると示したところ、月経は普通通りであり気血に異常はないと信じず、他の医者の薬を服用した。その後三日にして突然に痰が咽喉をふさいで絶命した。針灸も及ばなかった。医の道に明らかであれば、その死の近いことを知るべきものであるが、一般の医者と同じように知ることができなかった。
