明（アキラカ）なる医（イ）者をえらむべし。病を治
する裨（タスケ）￣ニ なるぞ。人の生（シヤウ）-死（ジ）は医
にしたがふほどにつししむべしと

医をえらむは病-家の第一なり
世（セ）-俗（ゾク）浅（セン）-智（チ）にて医の善悪（ゼンアク）をさた
し妄医（モウイ）【「モ」の濁点は余分】の弁（ベン）-舌（ゼツ）を信（ジン）じて死ぬ
まじき命をうしなふ事 過半（クハハン）

もあるなり。是￣ㇾ も天命（テンメイ）にてもある
ならんなれども其（ソノ）面（ヲモ）-影（カケ）【預は誤記ヵ】もみえ
て憐（アハ）れなり。病-家医-者をしら
ざれば枉（ワウ）-死（シ）する事有￣リ。病-家医
書をよみ我（ワカ）しらざる薬（クスリ）なれば
服せずして枉（ワウ）-死（シ）する事有￣リ及（オヨ）
ばざる処はしられぬものぞ。是（ゼ）
非（ヒ）に我 了簡（リヤウケン）をよしとおもはゝ

【右丁】
明らかな医者を選ぶべきである。病を治
療する助けとなる。人の生死は医者
に従うほどなので慎むべきである
ということである。○医者は人の生命を預かる所であるので、
医者を選ぶことは病家の第一である。
世俗の浅い知恵で医者の善悪を判断
し、やぶ医者の弁舌を信じて死ぬ
はずのない命を失うことが過半数

もあるのである。これも天命であることも
あるのだろうが、その面影も見え
て憐れである。病家が医者を知ら
なければ無駄死にすることがある。病家が医
書を読み、自分の知らない薬であれば
服用しないで無駄死にすることがある。及
ばない所は知られないものである。ぜ
