現代語訳
【右丁】
人に頼らず自分で薬を調合することになるだろう。
処方書の薬方の条項を読んで病家の
迷いとなるのである。
薬を服用することを拒んではならない 諸病は退くことができる
このような愚かな人がいる 自分の家で放置する
病が去るまでしっかりと薬を
服用すれば病が退くのである。
愚かな人は自分で勝手に中断して

服用しないので、ということである。○病が少し
でも快方に向かう、あるいは長患いに気力を失って
病の治癒を待ちきれずに禁戒を
犯し、あれこれの薬を服用し、ある
いは止めて服用せずして軽い
病も難しくなるのである。
早く治療すべきである 初めは容易である
霜を踏んで慎まなければ 堅い氷がすぐに至る
