するの愚（グ）人なり
○今 富（トメ）るもの驕（オゴリ）を極（キハ）め酒（シユ）-魚（ギヨ）腹（ハラ）
に絶（タエ）さず妾（メカケ）を東（トウ）-西（ザイ）にをきて
色をむさぼり病を生じ禁（キン）-戒（カイ）
をまもらずして死するをみれば
驕（オゴル）も呑（シハキ）もおなじ事なり
○十要は史記（シキ）扁（ヘン）-鵲（ジヤク）が伝（デン）より書（カキ）
出（イタ）せり。伝（デン）にいはく病に六￣ツ の不（フ）-治（ヂ）

ありおどりほしきまゝにして理を
論（ロン）ぜる一の不（フ）-治（チ）なり。身を軽（カロ）く
して財（ザイ）を重（ヲモ）くする二の不治也。
衣（イ）-服（フク）食（シヨク）-物（モツ）身にかなふ事ならざる
三の不-治なり。陰（イン）-陽（ヤウ）あはせ蔵気（ザウキ）
さだまらざる四の不-治なり。形（カタチ）
つかれて薬を服する事のなら
ぬ五の不治なり。巫（カンナギ）を信（シン）じて医

するのは愚かな人である。
○今、富める者は驕りを極めて、酒と魚が腹
に絶えることなく、妾を東西に置いて
色欲を貪り病気を生じ、禁戒
を守らずして死するのを見れば、
驕ることも吝嗇も同じことである。
○十要は史記の扁鵲伝より書き
出したものである。伝によれば、病に六つの不治

がある。驕り放題にして道理を
論じない、これが一つの不治である。身を軽んじ
て財産を重んじる、これが二つの不治である。
衣服や食物が身に適わない、これが
三つの不治である。陰陽が調和せず臓気が
安定しない、これが四つの不治である。体が
疲れて薬を服用することができない、これが
五つの不治である。巫女を信じて医者

Acting arrogantly and willfully without reasoning about principles - this is the first incurable condition. Making light of one's body while valuing wealth heavily - this is the second incurable condition.
When clothing and food are not suitable for one's body - this is the third incurable condition. When yin and yang are not harmonized and the organ qi is unstable - this is the fourth incurable condition.
