のふるき絹（キヌ）を用ゆるがよし新（アタラ）
しきを用ゆれは熱気（ネツキ）またはおど
ろきを出し易（ヤス）し。故（フルキ）-衣（コロモ）は自然（ジネン）と
肌（ハタヘ）に馴（ナレ）てよし。養-生は自然と。い
やしき人がよし。富（トメ）る家の子は
病 多（オヽ）きなり

夜の露（ツユ）にあふたる着（キ）物を着す
れば病を生ずるぞ

さきに指（ユビ）を入￣ㇾ て舌（シタ）の上の汚血（ヲケツ）を
絹（キヌ）にて拭（ノゴ）ひされば病なき也
指の入￣ㇾ様が遅（ヲソ）ければはや啼（ナキ）-出（イダ）
するぞ。一-度（タビ）声が出（イヅ）れば悪（アク）-血（チ）が
腹の中へ入て疱（ホウ）-瘡（ソウ）-瘡（クサ）などになる

古い絹を用いるのがよい。新しい
ものを用いると熱や驚き
を起こしやすい。古い衣服は自然と
肌に馴染んでよい。養生は自然が一番。身分の
低い人がよい。富裕な家の子は
病気が多いものである。
○小児の着物を干すときは昼間は干し、
夜は必ず取り入れるのがよい。もし

うちに指を入れて舌の上の汚れた血を
絹で拭い取れば病気にならない。
指を入れるのが遅ければすぐに泣き出
してしまう。一度声が出ると悪血が
腹の中に入って疱瘡などになる。

○When an infant is born and has not yet made a sound,
insert a finger and wipe away the dirty blood on top of the tongue
with silk, then there will be no illness.
If inserting the finger is delayed, they will soon start cry-
ing. Once a voice comes out, bad blood
enters the abdomen and becomes smallpox and such.
