前の三味とあはせ丸じて年

苦棟子（クレンシ） 湯（ユ）の中へ入￣ㇾ てあぶすれ
現代語訳
【右丁】
たものを塗るのは良くない。大変に
冷やす性質のものであるため、あせもが内部へ入り込む
ので、天花粉を使うのがよい。

○小児が生まれて胎毒を除く薬をよく用い
れば疱瘡で怪我をすることは稀である。
疱瘡を軽くする、あるいは免れさせる薬の
処方や秘薬の品々があるものである。

辰砂 甘草 六安茶
右を等分量、細かくして臘月八日午
の刻に生きた兎の血を取って
前の三味と合わせて丸薬にして年
の数ほど服用するのである。
