現代語訳
は勿論、後世も逃れ難い。現世を見て後世を知れとはこのことである。
故に、私の考え方は左の通りである。
人相は、晴天の朝五つ時まで、もっとも一日一人に限る。神相、仏相、剣相、印相、鏡相の考えは晴天の午の刻まで。易は昼夜にかかわらず、本人に三度立てさせ、考えて伝えることである。墨色（占い結果を墨で書いたもの）は、今日持参されれば明朝出来上がる。もっとも書き方は、何十何歳、幼名何、次に何、今何と記し、あるいは願望その他新規の思いつき、かつは夫婦相性、縁組、方角、子縁の有無など、すべて普請、宿替え、修復、売買、質物取り渡し、田宅ともに同様である。
総じて、奉公人を抱える方角、虚実、有無ならびに相性、その他入り組んだ事、もつれの類、一切の運気、心底の究め、七難八苦、諸事吉凶、何事に限らず、その義を明白にしたいと思う品々を詳しく記し、お越しになれば、
一つ一つ利する方法を考えて伝えよう。特に病気は人命にかかわることゆえ、元来から当時の容体を残らず記して来られれば、当人の運気と病根と容体との三つを考え合わせ、その上で薬法、灸法、養生法を詳しく記し、封じて送ることである。なお又、「飲食効毒無病延命記」と申す施本を、見やすいように、いろは分けにしてある。一人に一冊ずつ施している。
さて又、地相は、東西何間、南北何間、すべて一寸一間の積もりをもって、地面の絵図を引き、大体真ん中にて、磁石の針に従い、方角を記す。そして地の高低、水の流れ、その他新地を開こうとするか、また屋敷地の望みがあれば、盛衰、不浄、地中の籠もり物を細かく分けて調べれば、どれほど下に何があると断言する。地面の有様を詳しく記されれば、すべて分かる。その節、地面の真ん中を取り、これを中央となし、諸事を

In general, for matters regarding hiring servants - directions, truth or falsehood, presence or absence as well as compatibility, other complicated matters, entangled situations, all fortune, investigation of one's true heart, seven calamities and eight sufferings, good and bad fortune in all affairs - whatever the matter, if you record in detail the various things you wish to clarify and visit me,
I will consider and convey beneficial methods for each matter individually. Particularly for illnesses, since they concern human life, if you record completely the symptoms from the beginning to the present, I will consider together the person's fortune, the root of the illness, and the symptoms, and then record in detail medicinal methods, moxibustion methods, and health preservation methods, seal them and send them. Furthermore, I distribute a charitable book called "Record of Food Effects and Poisons for Disease Prevention and Life Extension," organized in syllabary order for easy reading. Now, for land divination, measuring east-west how many ken, north-south how many ken, using a scale of one sun per ken, I draw a diagram of the land, roughly in the center, following the magnetic needle to record directions.
