船使節之役人れさのつと申候承り候趣和解
仕指上申候

八日之頃オロシヤ国へ漂流仕候船二十四反帆若宮丸
乗組十六人之内三人病死残九人オロシヤ国に罷在候

左平津太夫義平太十と申者連渡候
一今般渡来仕候儀は兼々御国を慕しく奉存候付此節
使節之役人を以江府え捧献貢拝礼相勤向後信
儀を結ひ度念願に御座候
一交易之儀は御願申上度御免被 仰付候はゝ如何にも
商法を以商売筋可被 仰哉奉伺候
一日本船向後万一「リユス」国え漂流仕候節は右乗組之
者共御国何方え連渡候て可然哉奉伺候
一御当国御用之品不依何品調達仕度心願に奉存候
右御用之品被 仰付度猶亦商売として持渡之品々

一、寛政5年丑年（1793年）11月27日仙台を出帆、翌年5月28
日頃ロシア国へ漂流いたしました船は24反帆の若宮丸、
乗組16人の内3人が病死、残り9人がロシア国に滞在しております。

「左平津太夫義平太十」という者を連れて渡って参りました。
一、今回渡来いたしました件は、かねがね御国を慕わしく存じ上げておりましたので、この度
使節の役人を以って江戸へ貢物を捧げ拝礼を勤め、今後信
義を結びたいとの念願でございます。
一、交易の件は御願い申し上げたく、御免許をいただけますならば、いかにも
商法を以って商売筋をお聞かせいただけますでしょうか、お伺いいたします。
一、日本船が今後万一ロシア国へ漂流いたしました節は、その乗組の
者どもを御国のどちらへ連れて渡すのがよろしいでしょうか、お伺いいたします。
一、当国の御用の品は何品によらず調達いたしたく存じております。
右の御用の品をお申し付けください。なお又商売として持ち渡りの品々は

Item 1: On the 27th day of the 11th month of Kansei 5, year of the Ox (1793), [the ship] departed from Sendai, and around the 28th day of the 5th month of the following year
drifted to Russia. The ship was the 24-tan sail Wakamiya-maru with
16 crew members, of whom 3 died of illness, and the remaining 9 are staying in Russia.

Item 1: Regarding this visit, [we] have long held Your Country in admiration, so at this time
[we] wish to present tribute to Edo through envoy officials, pay our respects, and establish diplomatic
relations henceforth, which is our earnest wish.
Item 1: Regarding trade matters, [we] would like to make a request. If permission were to be granted, how indeed
should [we] conduct commerce according to commercial practices? [We] humbly inquire.
Item 1: Should Japanese ships drift to Russia in the future, to which part of Your Country
